Unless otherwise stated, all items sold on the Wireless Film Lights, Inc website, within the United States come with a 30 Day Return Policy, subject to the following terms.
Unopened New Items
If you return your items, unopened and unused in the original condition as shipped, you will receive a refund of the original purchase price minus any shipping costs we incurred. While the purchase may have been eligible for free shipping, please note that the term “free shipping” refers to the lack of shipping charges for the customer at the time of purchase. However, in the event of a return, the costs initially absorbed by Wireless Film Lights, Inc. for shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We must receive your items in like-new condition, unopened, within 30 days of the original delivery date. All returned items must be in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and the safe return of your items.
Opened/Used Items
If you return your items opened/used, in the original condition as shipped, you will receive either a store credit for the full purchase price or a refund minus a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs we initially covered. As with unopened items, if your purchase was eligible for free shipping, these shipping costs will be deducted from your credit or refund.
We must receive your items in like-new condition within 30 days of your original delivery date. All returned items must show no signs of visible wear or use, be in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and the safe return of your items.
Damaged, Malfunctioning or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or malfunctioning, to no fault of your own, please notify us immediately. If we determine that there is indeed an issue, we will repair, replace, or refund the items at our discretion and expense, providing it is within 30 days of your original delivery date. We will also pay for all shipping expenses using a “Ground” shipping service. Products returned as defective that are not, will be returned at the customers expense.
Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your item to process your return.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY DATE.

In addition to our standard return/exchange policy, please note the following terms specific to the purchase of repair parts:
- Non-Returnable: All repair parts purchases are final and non-returnable.
- No Installation Instructions or Assistance: These parts are sold without installation instructions or technical assistance.
- Buyer’s Responsibility and Risk: The buyer assumes full responsibility and all risks associated with self-installation of these parts. Incorrect installation can lead to equipment damage.
- Professional Repair Services Available: If you’re not comfortable installing these parts yourself, we offer professional repair services. You can send your equipment to us for expert servicing, ensuring optimal functionality and reducing the risk of self-repair errors.
Warranty Service
Unlike most of our competitors, Wireless Film Lights, Inc. is an authorized repair center for Astera-LED. We also honor and support the warranty on Honeycrates lighting control devices.
How is this a benefit to you? Most resellers of Astera-LED shift the responsibility of support to the manufacturer or distributor when gear fails. Having to reach out to these locations can often result in long wait times, runarounds, inefficient service, and a generally frustrating experience.
If you purchase your equipment from Wireless Film Lights, Inc, you can call on us directly in the event of equipment failure. We have most parts on hand and complete the majority of warranty repairs within 7-10 days.
