Overview
The Astera AX5 Triple PAR 6-inch Diffuser Dome (AX5-DDM) is designed to soften the fixture’s output and expand its beam for broader, more even illumination. When installed, the dome transforms the AX5 into a versatile soft light source suitable for ambient, decorative, and event lighting applications.
The dome system uses interchangeable internal filters to define the output characteristic. This version includes both the Softlight Filter (AX5-DDM-SF) and Eyecandy Filter (AX5-DDM-EC), allowing the fixture to switch between forward-directed softlight and a fully illuminated spherical glow.

Usage Notes
The included filters allow the AX5 to be configured for two primary lighting styles. The Softlight Filter creates a more directional, forward-facing soft output suitable for illuminating subjects or surfaces. The Eyecandy Filter distributes light evenly throughout the dome, creating a glowing spherical source for decorative and practical lighting.
