Overview
The Androokie Dual 88mm Rubber-Coated Magnet Bracket Kit is a magnetic mounting system built around dual 88mm rubber-coated magnet brackets. Each bracket integrates two magnets on a stepped steel plate to increase contact surface and holding stability when mounting fixtures to ferrous materials.
Designed for fixtures with 3/8-inch threaded mounting points, this kit supports heavier Astera fixtures and similar lights where additional magnetic surface area is preferred over single-magnet configurations.

Designed for fixtures featuring 3/8-inch threaded mounting points, including Astera AX3 LightDrop, PB15 Pixel Brick, AX5 Triple Par, AX9 PowerPar (application dependent), Quik Beam, Quik Spot, Quik Punch, and AX2 Pixel Bar 50/100 when mounting via the feet.
Usage Notes
The dual-magnet configuration increases surface contact compared to single 88mm magnets and is suited for applications where additional stability is required. The included baby pins allow transition to standard grip hardware when magnetic mounting is not desired. Surface condition, orientation, and load distribution will affect holding performance.
Important Safety Note
When mounting fixtures overhead, a properly rated secondary safety (such as a safety cable) must always be used. Magnetic mounting hardware should never be the sole means of support in overhead applications.
