Overview

This Internal End Cap Assembly is a genuine replacement part used inside Astera tubes to help maintain the IP65 weather-resistant seal. It’s compatible with Titan Tubes, Helios Tubes, and AX1 PixelTubes.

What It Does

The assembly sits inside the aluminum body of the tube and plays a key role in sealing the fixture at each end. When paired with the main center bolt and nut (not included), the components compress together—expanding the gasket and forming a tight seal.

Installation Notes

This part installs on the center bolt inside the tube’s housing. When the end nut is tightened, the gasket expands between the two plastic caps, helping to preserve the tube’s IP65 rating.
